Questions, answered.
Practical answers about beginners, training formats, online coaching, youth participation, and getting started.
Getting Started
Absolutely. We meet you where you are. Whether it's your first session or you've trained for years, your plan starts with your current level and builds from there.
We'll follow up to learn more about your goals and talk through the right training option. An inquiry is a conversation starter, not a confirmed appointment.
No. Personal training meets you at your current level. Your plan is built around where you are today, not where you think you should be.
Training Formats
In-person personal training, youth athletic development, and online coaching. Each is shaped around your goals, schedule, and experience.
In-person sessions take place at our verified location in St. Augustine, FL. Online coaching is delivered remotely, wherever you train.
Yes — small group training is available for up to 4 people per session in personal training, and up to 5 athletes in youth training. It's a great option if you want coaching with a training partner.
Online Coaching
You receive a personalized training plan with nutritional guidance, plus regular check-ins and feedback from your coach. You'll need access to the equipment your program calls for.
It depends on your program. After you share your goals and what you have access to, your plan is built around your equipment — whether that's a full gym or a set of dumbbells.
It's a different experience — you get a structured plan and consistent accountability, but you're executing the sessions yourself. It works well for people who are self-motivated and want expert guidance.
Youth Training
Age ranges and participation requirements are being confirmed with the owner. Please reach out and we'll help you determine if it's the right fit.
A parent or guardian should complete the inquiry form. We'll follow up to discuss the athlete's goals and the right training option.
Training focuses on proper technique, progressive development, and building resilience to mitigate injuries — always under a certified coach's supervision.
